REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has started.
However, we allow:

  • 50% refund if work has NOT begun

  • No refunds after first draft is delivered

  • Revisions are free within 7 days of delivery

Cancellations

Please notify at least 12 hours before your appointment.
Missed appointments can be rescheduled once at no charge.
